IMHMAC taping machines deliver precise power, speed and control for aluminium and copper conductors as well as insulated cables. They apply materials including mica, HFFR, crepe, copper, polyester, Mylar and steel tapes. Taping-head speed can reach 3,000 rpm and line speed can reach 60 m/min, with pitch values adjustable while the machine is running.
An adjustable tension system supports stable tape wrapping throughout production. Automatic tape-end and tape-break sensors monitor the process, helping reduce waste and protect final product quality. The system supports mechanical and electrical protection with Mylar, fabric, paper, Al-Pet, polyester, copper and steel tapes.
